AstraZeneca is seeking an Oncology Sales Representative to strengthen our presence in gastrointestinal oncology across South East Belgium and Luxembourg.

About the Role
In this impactful field-based role, you will position our AZ Oncology portfolio in gastrointestinal oncology with key regional stakeholders. You will identify opportunities, develop value-driven solutions, and build long-term, collaborative relationships across hospitals and healthcare networks.

What You’ll Do
Build scientific and product expertise
Educate stakeholders on AZ’s GI oncology medicines in line with clinical guidelines.
Promote product benefits through compliant, balanced messages and tailored materials.
Act as a Brand Ambassador and contribute to developing regional tools and resources.
Drive account strategy & business planning
Develop strategic, long-term partnerships with key hospitals.
Map patient journeys to identify treatment triggers and collaboration opportunities.
Lead cross-functional, account-driven planning with internal partners.
Engage deeply with stakeholders
Build strong, long-term relationships across hospital networks and decision makers.
Support HCPs with scientific data on approved indications, efficacy, safety, and protocols.
Tailor engagement strategies to the local healthcare environment.
Collaborate cross-functionally
Connect and coordinate with marketing, medical, and other field roles.
Share insights to shape internal strategy and enhance customer experience.
Deliver results
Achieve or exceed sales targets while managing budgets responsibly.
Analyse performance and regional trends; execute plans with the Sales Manager.
Ensure quality and compliance
Report medical queries and adverse events per guidelines.
Complete all training and follow all AZ policies, standards, and Code of Conduct.
What You Bring
Essential
Master’s degree in a scientific discipline.
Strong and consistent sales performance track record.
Proven experience influencing stakeholder decision-making in complex ecosystems.
Experience in strategic account management and project management.
Ability to excel in cross-functional, collaborative environments.
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in French and English.
Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Desirable
Knowledge of the healthcare system in Belgium/Luxembourg.
Experience in oncology, ideally gastrointestinal oncology.
